Error Description: The transaction was declined due to insufficient funds in your account.
What to do Next: We recommend checking the available balance on the card you are trying to use to place the order. If the error persists, please first contact the issuing credit card company or bank before submitting a support request/ticket.
If you continue to have issues submitting your order, after contacting the card provider, please use the Support Portal to submit an Order Issue request with a screenshot of the error. Make sure to capture all information in your screenshot but most importantly all information within the yellow box/background.
